2009: We will be running a workshop at this years CIPD Annual conference
and exhibition on HR Business Partnering.
We
have been commissioned to work with the senior team at Tate &
Lyle to help them improve employee engagement.

June
2009: I am delighted to announce that we have entered into a partnership
with The Corporate L.I.F.E Centre International of Canada to deliver
a range of training programmes and our Chartered Management Institute
suite of accredited courses to their clients in the Middle East,
in particular Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain.
The

2009: It’s been a while since we've updated our news section,
been busy, so here are some highlights from the past few months;
We
have been working with a global financial services organisation
on Employee Engagement For an international oil & gas company
our work on knowledge sharing was extended in October and we have
been working the project since then, including travelling to India,
Egypt and Trinidad on several occasions Our work in Oman continues
with recent projects on Business Writing and Learning Needs Analysis
We have done some work on HR Business Partnering for international
food manufacturer For other food manufacturing we have run Advanced
Presentation Skills course For a new oil & gas client we are
running Time Management courses and facilitating a divisional event
We have also become a partner with SHL, allowing us to offer SHL
tools as part of our work, and we have become a Registered Centre
for The Chartered Management Institute which means we can offer
introductory management qualifications at levels 1-4 and qualifications
in management consultancy.

June 2008: We have won two projects with a global mobile communictions
organisation based in Newbury. Both events look at improving team
effectiveness.

June 2008: We have been appointed to a 3-year learning & development
framework for the Welsh Assembley and have already won our first
piece of work through it.

April 2008: We have just started our second global knowledge sharing
project for an internal gas company. We are looking at how knowledge
is shared amongst its geology and geophysicist communities. Our
work will take us to Egypt, India, Canada and Trinidad over the
next few weeks.

April 2008: We have been selected as the preferred supplier to provide
open courses in Oman. So far we have been asked to run events in
Recruitment, Client Relationship Management, Speed Reading &
Mind Mapping, and Manpower Planning. In addition, we have also been
asked to run in-company programmes and prepare a proposal to complete
a Pay Review exercise for Oman’s only dry dock company with
over 200 employees.

We have been doing a lot of work in the field of organisational
change and how it affects individuals. This work has been prompted
by clients relocating offices and outsourcing parts of their organisation.

For an insurance company, and new client, we ran two different workshops;
one on Managing Talent and the other on Managing Stress.

January 2008: We have started consulting into one the world's largest
financial services organisations and have just facilitated a team
event for their Internal Communications team.

29AUG07: For an international oil and gas company, we are conducting
research into the effectiveness of knowledge sharing in a function.
This work will take us to USA, Trinidad, Egypt and India over the
next 6 weeks.

21MAY07: We have been engaged by the UK arm of a Belgian pharmaceutical
company to do a team day based on Myers-Briggs Type indicators.

10NOV06: For an international gas company, we have undertaken a
review of the effectiveness of one of their regional HR teams.

We have just completed a 3 day team building event for a new client
in Bratislava, Slovakia. The client is a global financial services
organisation who is expanding into Central and Eastern Europe.

Through our relationship with Hawksmere-Cromer we have just delivered
a 'Making HR a Strategic Business Partner' as an in-company event
for a major utility.

A financial services client has just purchased a years supply of
consultancy services. Our client wants us to help on a range of
projects including Customer Service, Talent Management and a Management
Development Programme.
