Ken Stewart, Director, The People Development Partnership Ltd.

Ken is Director of The People Development Partnership Ltd., with over 15 years experience in organisational and management development. Ken specialises in helping organisations, teams and individuals grow and change to effectively meet challenges they face. Ken has worked in the financial services, not-for–profit, oil & gas, housing association, pharmaceuticals, public sector, utilities, professional services and construction materials sectors allowing him to bring a wide range of experiences and learning to his work. His work has taken him to South America, North Africa, South Asia and South-East Asia.

Dr. Stephen Carter

Stephen is a management consultant specialising in organisational development. Stephen has extensive experience in assisting organisations to devise policies and implement major change strategies and training programmes. Stephen has worked in financial services, local and national government, health sector, utilities and has lectured on Leadership and Management and Change.

Kate Clayton-Hathway

Kate is an experienced consultant and trainer, combining extensive practice of project management in both public and private sectors with expertise in diversity and equality. Kate’s background in HR and pensions has given her strong skills in project management, data analysis, process design and systems implementation. Kate’s work includes regional government, public sector, and manufacturing. Kate also lectures in management.

Janet George

Janet’s main focus is on enhancing business performance in changing organisations. She provides 1:1 coaching as well as development workshops for team leaders, managers and teams at all levels of the business. Her experience spans a wide range of industries – finance, IT and healthcare – and she has worked with leading organisations in these areas. Janet’s professional and pragmatic approach is based on gaining a clear understanding of her client’s needs, and developing appropriate ways of meeting them.

Graham Haynes

Graham specialises in helping individuals and organisations to change. He has worked in the retail and hospitality industries. Graham’s particular areas of expertise include cultural change, leadership, coaching, mentoring, team building, trainer/coach development, influencing and presentation skills.

Simon Loveday

Simon has nearly 20 years experience as a management consultant, facilitator, team-builder and executive coach. Simon has led change and improvement projects in a number of organisations. Simon’s clients include those in public sector, housing associations, electronics, financial services, defence and pharmaceuticals. Simon is trained in systematic approaches to organisations and is a practised user of a number of psychometric and diagnostic instruments including Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

David Turner

David has a range of experience in the field of human resource management, management development, customer responsiveness, quality improvement consultancy, logistics and Government efficiency initiatives. David has worked with a wide range of clients from both the public and private sectors, including transport, retail, defence, local authorities and academic organisations. David is a qualified assessor for Investors in People and the EFQM Excellence Model. He is the author of ‘Role Plays – A Source Book of Activities for Trainers’ and of 2 books about teaching Citizenship in schools.

Ken Ritchie

Ken focuses on being a dedicated learning professional. He is a practitioner in the areas of business strategy, leadership, team development, personal development, high performance business coaching, organisation design and development. His clients are both national and international. Ken has spoken at many conferences and seminars around the subject of people development and the integration of learning in business strategy. Ken’s clients cover national government, telecoms, financial services, retail as well as lecturing at the London Business School.

Andy Winter

Andy brings a wealth of experience working as a Chief Executive leading and managing staff teams and three organisations before working with a leading national charity as the head of learning and development, often working in effect as an internal consultant. Andy brings initial professional training as a teacher and youth worker with later professional development in Strategic Training and Development. He is a qualified and experienced practitioner of the Myers Briggs Indicator and brings an underlying set of values that recognises the gifts that each has to offer with a philosophy that we are better together.
