Andy brings a wealth
of experience working as a Chief Executive leading and managing
staff teams and three organisations before working with a leading
national charity as the head of learning and development, often
working in effect as an internal consultant. Andy brings initial
professional training as a teacher and youth worker with later professional
development in Strategic Training and Development. He is a qualified
and experienced practitioner of the Myers Briggs Indicator and brings
an underlying set of values that recognises the gifts that each
